Personality:
External: Calm, intelligent, awkward deadpan snarker with weird body language and a massive sweet tooth. Sometimes very blunt. In the game, he's shown a strong public interest in documenting and circulating information.
Internal: A reserved, secretive workaholic detective with a manipulative, competitive streak and almost no personal life at all. Observant. Good with puzzles, theories, etc. Keeps his head in a crisis.
Tends to be suspicious of everyone until he's had a chance to interact with them and develop a little capsule profile. Doesn't care about your privacy.
Neutral Good sliding towards Chaotic Neutral. There's a tension between what he accomplishes in canon (justice), what drives him (he likes a challenge), and the way he goes about it (somewhat grey morality). Can be callous, especially in his work, but is not a sadist.
His physique and personal habits will stand out to anyone who sees him around enough: bad posture, bad diet, weird body language, grips most things with only his fingertips, etc. Other characters are likely to notice and react to it, so it might be a hook for CR.
Type of CR: ALL CR IS GOOD CR! Friends, allies, interesting/thoughtful/smart people, investigation and theorizing buddies (law enforcement, security-oriented, con artists, spies, etc). Has a weakness for pretty girls. Also, COMMS PEOPLE! That's really important to me, because they work together in such a small space.
Other possibilities: people who will call him on his habits in a way that will result in comedy gold, fake friendships with terrible people, etc.
Any future plans for them?
1. Branching out! Trying to turn some of his past interactions into more solid, lasting relationships.
2. Hopefully catching up with some things I flubbed a few months ago when timing problems led to overload. If I've ever said I wanted to do stuff with our characters, I still do. We can do the things we talked about doing and/or negotiate something new.
3. Slowly, slowly working towards building his own little secret team. Not a department or anything, just some people he can sort of trust who would like to collaborate. Some of this may involve eventual bad ideas. L is pretty cautious, but he's also a guy who literally sat across from a god of death and tried to interrogate it. (It will come as no surprise that it killed him a few days later.)

Personality: loner, a bit of a grumper, but interested in helping people. he's sort of the byronic hero who wants to save everyone but doesn't really want to deal with anyone either. he is really the gentle sort most of the time, depending on who he's dealing with (women, especially) but piss him off and he'll become awfully sardonic and bitchy and cruel and YOU GET THE PICTURE. he's incredibly dichotomous at times and pretends he isn't, but for the most part he's not a people person who desperately needs other people's company at times.
Type of CR: any and all! more people to talk to basically. but no really, i'll take any kind of cr. even negative. more people to talk to about all kinds of stuff.
Any future plans for them? soooo let's seeee....... I'D LIKE TO TRY AND WORK OUT AN ANGELUS PLOT. Is anyone interested in going for this? Trying it? Doing what you can to help me out? Because i'd love to make one work and I don't know how to do it by myself.
Other notes: He's a vampire, so anything you want to play out with that could work too. He doesn't eat very often.... okay he eats only when he REALLY REALLY HAS TO NOT WANT TO DIE so. that's an issue he has. with life.

Personality: elena is probably the sweetest vampire on the ship -- or is at least tied with caroline. she's got compassion to spare and genuinely wants to help people. she has a lot of family and friends from home here, and she is incredibly protective of each and every one of them, and gets a bit touchy if she thinks they're in danger. she can be emotionally manipulative and she trusts a bit too easily -- see mikaelson, elijah for details -- but when push comes to shove she's a genuinely good person who just wants to help.
Type of CR: What kind of CR are you looking for? negative cr, actually. she has her "parents" (adoptive aunt and her fiance, actually, but they might as well be her parents), both her best friends, her ex-boyfriend, her current boyfriend, and the boyfriend of one of her best friends here, so she's not lacking for positive cr. i want to see what it would take for elena to make an enemy here.
Any future plans for them? she signed up for the expedition into the ship next month because she's a glutton for punishment, but i think i'm going to canon update her, which will make her sick and probably keep her from going. we'll see.
Other notes: she is a vampire and noms on synthetic blood, but i'd love to have an opportunity to get her chomping into a person. if you're interested in that, let me know and we'll see what we can work out!

Personality: Emily is nice and friendly by all appearances with some inner hate, anger, manipulative tendencies and a whole lot of fake smiling to charm just about anyone if it suits her needs though she is very subtle about it. As a socialite back in the Hamptons she devotes her time to various charities and philanthropic endeavors as she loves to help people and give back to the community.

Except the thing is that she's kind of a sociopath who is living up the socialite lifestyle by going to the Hamptons under a completely new name after training in the ways of revenge to ruin the lives of people involved in the conspiracy of framing her father for a crime he didn't commit. She doesn't trust people as easily and she is a extremely good at lying most of which isn't something she readily reveals about herself.

Type of CR: Anything! I would love for her to have more friends, people she can be a bad influence on or even bring out her manipulative side.
Any future plans for them? Not much, she's pretty much just keeping up appearances so to speak and playing nice with everyone because her identity is even more at risk now if people from home show up.

PROBLEMS!

anything!! he's getting to be more and more on edge lately but it's possible to get some more cheerful CR with him too, I promise. moodswings, yo. and it is so easy these days to be a near snack (OR ACTUALLY A SNACK??) because he's made some mistakes here and there and is really close to feeding again. live feeding is better for his kind of vampire so watch it. ps if you have CR with Annie and/or George, chances are he at least knows your name (still drinking and gossiping with them like the supernatural Golden Girls).

Any future plans for them? only to keep offering self-defense classes.

Personality: Boisterous and charming, while once super flirtatious, he's started cutting back on that now. He's a little more subdued because of it... And probably not as carefree as he first comes off.
Type of CR: Everything but shippy. Seriously, I'd love for him to meet more people.
Any future plans for them? I'll be tossing up a gym post for him on the next few days.

Personality: Future (verging on cyberpunk) rich-boy heir of his father's company & fortune, but chafed under the restrictions his father laid on him and created a fake persona that he lived through until he was free enough to work as a virtual prostitute in the rest of his time. On the Tranquility, these two sides of himself have merged, and that with some various traumatic blows has left Josias internally a little uncertain of his personality. You'd never see this on the surface, though, as he comes across as a charming, intelligent and young man with a vivacious attitude towards life and what the ship throws at people. His temper can be sharp and scathing, however, and he tends to sway between forgetting to do basic things like eat while pursuing every hedonistic urge that he experiences.
Type of CR: Josias has lost a fair bit of his CR, so I'm really interested in building it back up again. He loves people that will converse with him, educated and intelligent people, interesting people, people that he can flirt with, people that have an interest in people, technology, and sex. Josias has a neuro-implant in his head that is currently infected with a virus from the ship, and this means he can't talk, but he has managed to regain the ability to type over the months. He does still work as a prostitute on board, though matters of payment are very very fluid, and I'm really interested in him getting more clients!
Any future plans for them? I'm hoping to get the previously mentioned virus situation 'fixed' this month, cause he's been like this for a year now and it's about time I got to write tags with real dialogue in them again lmfao.

Personality: Cowardly, sarcastic, silly and selfish but with a good heart. He's actually pretty troubled and could use some guidance, but like hell he's smart enough to look for that. Youngest of triplets, loves typing nonsense and rapping at people.
Type of CR: More silly chatter CR! It's about time Hyperion starts making some proper connections, though. He's naturally used to just being a sneaky rat-thief and managing on his own, but he'll trade you drugs for protection if it ever comes down to that.
Any future plans for them? I'd like to have him set up a system where he trades his privileged blood (aka drug) with other characters.
Other notes: He nosebleeds every jump, so if you'd like your character to inadvertently taste his blood and get high, LET'S DO IT GO TEAM.

Personality: In a nutshell he's a hot mess. With his humanity on, he's self sacrificing, empathetic, reserved, with a quirky sense of humour. With it off, he's sadistic, cruel, arrogant. He tends to be very unpredictable in his moods. He's also a blood addict. The more he has, the more he wants- and it usually ends badly for all involved. He's pretty much in the no humanity zone, but not because he turned it off- just he's dimmed it and chosen this and he's pretty ruthless about it.
Type of CR: Any and all kinds of cr. He's likely to either pick up unsavoury sorts right now, or just acquire antagonistic, which I love! But he won't be crappy forever, so- any.
Any future plans for them? EATING ALL THE PEOPLE!! lmao but basically. His control his thinly veiled and he won't have blood access much longer, he'll also struggle immensely once he goes cold turkey. He's doing that scouting missions stuff, ideally- pretty much nothing solid. I'm open for just about anything.

Personality: She's a Tolkien-verse Elf lady who's excellent with a bow and somewhat quick to anger when the need arises. She's stubborn, opinionated and quite free-thinking despite the requirement on her to follow orders. She's also young for an Elf (600 years is a very short time ok) and she tends to be a bit more stubborn and reckless than some of the others.

Type of CR: This probably seems like a lazy answer but I want all kinds of CR, both positive and negative, with characters of all ages and from all canons. Tauriel has quite a big cast here and I'm very conscious of both the desire to make sure she keeps in touch with them, and also that she's not exclusive to them. I really want more cross-canon CR. She particularly gets along with heroic types who want to take action. She's a fighter not a philosopher, and she's less patient than many of the other Elves. She's likely to clash with people who try to order her around (unless they're her actual king - more on that below!). Also she's encountered a fair lot of people who seem deferential to her because she's an Elf (calling her 'my lady', etc), and that makes her all kinds of awkward because she's conscious of very much not being nobility. Basically I love all of this, so, seriously. Positive or negative CR, whatever you would like, I want it.

Any future plans for them? I feel like I'm struggling to really get Tauriel involved with things here. I mostly just want to get her better integrated with the game. I don't have specific plans beyond that goal.

Other notes: Tauriel is one of the Elves under Thranduil's command, meaning that she'll for the most part follow his orders (unless there's a very good reason not to) and it's possible his stance would influence how she reacts to something - for example if he says don't do this, she will probably not do it unless she very strongly feels he's wrong. So, it's worth noting that since it's definitely a factor in her behaviour in game.

Any future plans for them? She is learning to fight. So far that's about it. Looking around? Working at the oxygen gardens is her main focus right now. Learning survival skills is something she's always interested in.

Personality: Grumpy shellshocked war vet with a heart of gold. Very warm to the people he likes, very cold to the people he doesn't like. Not interested in being polite if you serve no use to him. Slytherin faerie king on the side of good.
Type of CR: Anything. He tends to collect people, since he is not in the habit of not acting like a king. He's seeking allies at the moment, but having someone come across him being all fey and weird in the gardens would be amazing. Best of all would be more sworn vassals. He makes good use of vassals, but still keeps them protected and upholds their rights. It is a duty he takes very seriously, and he wouldn't turn away someone who wants his legal protection.
Any future plans for them? Not at the moment.
Other notes: Thranduil was recently abducted, tortured, and magically brainwashed by another passenger. As a result, he is a bit unpredictable. Sometimes he seems to be his old self. Other times he gets too far in his own head and starts talking like he's forgotten there's another person there. There's trigger warning stuff here from his physical and psychological torture, and if you'd prefer I not give it too much mention, let me know. Certainly it's possible for something in the thread to trigger his post-traumatic issues (which frankly have existed for a long time, they've just been renewed by recent happenings). Just let me know where the boundaries lie.

He also has the universe's cutest ears. I MEAN LOOK AT THEM.

Type of CR: You name it I want it right now! Lexi is newly arrived so I welcome anything and everything. She has a knack for singling people out who are too serious for their own good and will try to get them to embrace the possibilities of silly little things like fun and enjoying life. She's also good with the tough love when it's needed.
Any future plans for them? Oh. Ya know. Team Blondie (Caroline & Lexi) have a few things in the works regarding a certain Broody-Faced Vampire.

He's a real people person, except for when he's not because of that whole I-was-in-prison-to-kill-my-son's-rapist/murderer-and-got-blackmailed. What a swell guy.
Type of CR: Any kind. Like I mentioned above, he's a dad-type, so kid CR is always welcome. He's gotten pretty closed off recently due to a series of incidents and people either dying or "leaving" him, but he tries to hide that and pretends he does it well. Extroverts are welcome.
Any future plans for them? Welp, he's getting married to Anne Cunningham? Yeah she kind of proposed to him a few months back, and I'm planning to devise up the whole wedding stuff with the mun around April... ish. Except I have no idea how to plot weddings, and surprise! Murphy doesn't, either. He's only been married once and he may or may not have miserably failed at it.
Other notes: Like I said above, he's getting married. So any characters who would be willing to ICly get involved/help out with that would be appreciated, derp.

Any future plans for them? Right now, Bonnie has her Klaus blinders on. She'll be working on putting him down once and for all. But, there's no reason she can't be friendly while she's working on it.

Personality: WELL HE'S kind of a dick. he can be impatient and capricious in terms of who he puts up with and who he doesn't, he can be really malicious, but he can also be perfectly civil.
Type of CR: anything tbh! because hp canon is so insular and so much of everyone's interactions are heavily grounded in the context of the world, it's occasionally weird to rp him without that context, but it leaves a lot of room for new opportunities in terms of friends acquaintances people who grudgingly tolerate him? FRIENDS or people hating him for new and exciting reasons.
Any future plans for them? so far no major ones.
