Personality: mr. complicated eccentric ridiculous underworld conman. is that good enough? he's absurd, loves quoting shit, knows everyone who's anyone in the conman/underworld/fencing/black market/etc world. his whole life is pulling con's and breaking the rules and having neal as his underling.

Other notes: no. really. mozzie is RIDICULOUS. he has safehouses and likes bendy straws and silk pajamas and has an affinity for wine like none other. he's really an oddball who gets along with everyone. or at least tries to. he doesn't like feds though, and yet can hold a conversation with most of them if need be. basically he's completely bendable when it comes to any situation whatsoever but he is INCREDIBLY social and prefers having contacts of all kinds. he just needs a reason to talk to someone, otherwise he's just as content keeping to himself and being paranoid......

oh. yeah. there's that too. dude loves conspiracy theories and basically thinks the government is out to get him with microchips in his cereal.
