Personality: Well, Heather called him a smart assed little shit. Despite the canon name, he's actually not particularly miserable. He's quite good at getting by on his wits. He's made of preteen bravado, but also a considerable dose of compassion.
Type of CR: He's from the 19th century, so he has a lot to learn about space. He's a street kid though, so he'd rather learn by watching people than by coming out and asking.
Any future plans for them? He's only just arrived, so he's got a lot of settling in to do.
