Personality: sarcastic, highly intelligent, charming, conman.... he's actually a lot more than that, but those are just a few of the basic basics. he pretends to be a loner sometimes but he really does crave the idea of family and needs people he cares about in his life to ground him otherwise he runs off and gets into a massive amount of trouble. he also needs to be kept occupied at all times otherwise he gets really bored. and i'm not sure he'd know what to do if he was bored because he's managed to keep himself on the move for so long. thus: engineering. he really does use his intelligence for lots of his personality quirks, but mostly he gets along with people. he doesn't really give a shit when he DOESN'T get along with people however and doesn't think it's his problem to have to deal with it. he enjoys having 'friends' and while he's kind of a shithead sometimes, he cares immensely for the people in his life.

Any future plans for them? nope.
Other notes: peter's canon point puts him at a place where he's a little bit trigger happy. that's not to say that he's gonna shoot anyone, but if he's told somebody's evil he might be willing to get in on the whole torches and pitchforks thing. except with guns. he's also happy to do science experiments for people or mess around with anything technological that might be broken. he's also from another universe. want to talk about universes? GO FOR IT.

gasp! completely new cr give it to meeee AND YES! Peter would actually be thrilled to try and help out with that. he'd totally be fascinated/really inclined to spend a lot of time trying to figure that one out.

Excellent! Josias has been like this for a year so I'm trying to find some new CR to shoehorn in a 'looking at it from a fresh angle' kind of thing to get it fixed within the next month or so.

Not.... that I have any real idea how to get them talking about it right away...

... okay yes that's the hard part. i could either make peter post relating to medical things or maybe about shape shifters or something to that effect. or josias could've heard about him from. uhm. YEAH IDK WHERE. cause he's mostly just done engineering experiments, nothing actually medical related.
