Personality: At the surface, Erik is distant and self-assured, operating at a self-imposed disconnect from most he associates with. He's a practical problem solver, possessed of predatory patience -- very deliberate for as long as he feels like he's in control. When the world starts coming down around him, he has a longstanding tendency to panic and turn bystanders into dead bodies.
Type of CR: I have had ample opportunity for him to be an asshole but haven't done much in terms of heroics and would like to explore that. He's delusional but he believes his intentions are noble and can be a noble dude. That said: if you're a human and you want to get the crap kicked out of you for laughs I am totally down. MORE GENERALLY: I am interested in potential allies and enemies, always.
Any future plans for them? Erik has oriented himself enough to take up an interest in local politics, up to and including mutiny -- but he's not in any rush. He's still getting a feel for the Tranquility and her inhabitants. For now he is (mostly) content to explore the world and test its rules.
Other notes: I expect there will be potential for a pretty major canon update after May (ten years worth I think) so if you want to deal with that backlash might be good to engage with him before then.

Loves flowers and bunnies and romantic poetry and cute stuff in general, hates messes and people fucking up the Gardens. Chain smoker like nobody's business!! Blunt, paranoid, pessimistic, hardworking, ridiculously facepalming-ly practical and literal about things, blah blah blah things! Like 80% of his communication is body language - sparkling conversationalist, he is not.
Type of CR: He's lost some important CR over the past few months, so definitely new people to hang out with. Space-bar regulars, pot smokers, football players (he has a ball! and uniform!), painters. He tends to bounce well off of people he can bitch with/at and/or people who pretend to be as stoic as he does, other weirdos, and people who wear their hearts on their sleeves.
Any future plans for them? Not in the immediate future (see below) but as always he's the guy to go to for tobacco on the ship!
Other notes: He's quietly dealing with a big dose of grief and depression, so while socializing isn't on his agenda, he'll be working all the fucking time because his coping mechanisms basically amount to either "work yourself into the ground" or "get high and stay high", and sometimes both at once. Action in the gardens, spacebar, gym, or 002 is the name of the game for the foreseeable future!!

Type of CR: She has literally just arrived at the ship (posted her up on the intro log just now), so I have no set plans or any CR I am specifically looking for. I expect it will take her a really long time to get even remotely accustomed to her new situation, so she'll probably need a lot of help to know where she is, what is a spaceship, how it works, and also learning that every little noise is not a threat. She'll be confused at everything, from the uniform and the comm device to the beds and food even, so yes, seeing all that being explained to her slow and patiently would be pretty great.

Personality: Hange is an enthusiastic leader of expedition squads in the series. She's a very passionate and excitable character with an overly optimistic outlook. She's hardly offended by anybody so you can be as sarcastic as you want. Hange is very much headstrong in her ways, though, and may result in violence if she doesn't get her way. She can be reckless and erratic in an instant, and doesn't really like taking orders from people. She's very intelligent, though, despite her inquisitive behavior. She always likes to take intiative, and is barely lady like at all.
Type of CR: any and everything. Come at me bro.
Any future plans for them? Not yet! Just got here so I am open to suggestions.
Other notes: for anybody unfamiliar with the series, it's pretty much post apocalyptic and mankind has reverted to an almost dark ages kind of era. She's a part of a military branch that explores and combats outside their protective walls against giant humanlike monsters known as titans that pretty much just eat people for fun.

Personality: Neurotic. Talks at 90 miles an hour and never ever shuts up ever. He is sort of a dick, kind of dense, and mildly delusional re: his intelligence. The awful truth about him is that the is programmed to make bad decisions, and as such has a massive inferiority complex/berserk button about being programmed to make bad decisions. Basically a terrible human being in every sense of the word and also secretly a psychopath.

Type of CR: Anything. Everything. Positive/negative who even knows please give it to me I love you. He's especially good to antagonize and screw around with if you're looking for someone to antagonize/screw around with.
Any future plans for them? Fighting the good fight for ROBOT RIGHTS always forever.

I've also wanted to sort of get back in touch with old CR that I feel like I've been neglecting, and touch up on more fabulous new people. He sets up a welcome wagon every month(ish) at the jump and often takes volunteers, so if you're interested in being a part of that, let me know! I promise you terrible noodle drawings of your character.

He's increasingly paranoid-delusional and has a killer temper on a good day, if you are at all interested in poking him until he explodes.

Personality: In a word: sweetheart. She's big-hearted and kind and generous and loves to make other people happy. She's like her dad in her great capacity for forgiveness, but like her mom in that you just do not mess with the people she cares about. Ever. Very loyal and stubborn, she is also kind of a free-spirit who wants to be happy and fall in love. Her biggest flaw is actually not being able to see anything but good in others unless it's really bad.

Any future plans for them? Gardening a little with mum, possibly helping out with space christmas and.. ??? I'd love to have more to do with her this month, so if you'd like to, let me know!
Other notes: She tends to like her personal space but not being alone. And she's got it in her mind that maybe she should learn how to defend herself a little, if anyone can help her with that. So far, she's been mum about the more nasty things she's been through at home, so if anyone wants to 4th wall her or get her to open up a little, that would be fantastic. Her magic has also not really come into play, so I'm really looking to bounce her off a character who might sense it about her.

Fiercely protective of those he loves to the point that it's become problematic, Cesare should probably be focusing on his own demons and the fact that not spilling someone's blood for over half a year is making him restless.
Type of CR: Anything you can think of!
Cesare needs a bromance or someone he can measure swords with. Let's drink wine and tell war stories together.

Personality: Mostly harmless. Good-natured and unhappy, increasingly bossy when he's comfortable, increasingly cantankerous when he has too much time to think. Also 'possessed' by a fairly light-handed demon.
Type of CR: Positive and negative in equal measure. I really enjoy conflict in RP, but tend to find it's as meaningful in characters who like each other as outright hate each other. I'm pretty comfortable with RPing anything from violence to sex, but the chatty/lighter/Starbux stuff is actually pretty hard for me. I try to make it interesting, though, with I think-- varying levels of success.
Any future plans for them? I would kill to get more dream RP. Also medical horrors, and combat opportunities that'd behoove using his powers (such as espionage for his size-shifting and shapeshifting into inanimate objects, violence for healing, etc.). More driving personal CR, whether of a yelling or trolling or sex. THINGS.
Other notes: Looking back, I should obviously make him more dickish in soon time. Eventually one has to stop being surprised when horrible things/people/specifically Erik Lensherr happen and

I need to read up on his info, which is one of two reasons why I haven't hit his log yet (the other is TIME, WHAT IS TIME?)... but I am definitely up for at least dream things! Hopefully more things as well.

The chatty stuff is kind of hard for me too, with L, because I feel like the more interesting facets of the character don't really come out in those kinds of conversations (he is also bossy and cantankerous, but also low-key enough that a lot of people won't notice it). He might be able to come up with espionage stuff for William at some point, although none of his dealings on the ship have been cloak-and-dagger thus far. It's more that he'd be interested in finding out who the cloak-and-dagger people are.

Personality: Um. In general she's forward, a little brash, sometimes snappy, often sarcastic, occasionally trollish and very driven. She's very caring under all that, though, and once somebody works their way into her heart (which isn't actually that hard to do) she'll fight tooth and nail for them. She has a very strong sense of right and wrong and while this won't always match up with what's legal, it might as well be the law for her. Currently she is all that under a thick layer of terrified and angry as she tries to come to terms with the recent amputation of her right leg.

Type of CR: Any! I know that's an awfully unhelpful thing to say but I've been dreadful with her for a while, and I'm seeing the loss of a few friends recently + not wanting to overburden her closest friends with her worries as an excuse to rectify that. I will offer the warning that I am really, really bad with chitchat kinds of scenarios and can peter out on them pretty fast but will be making a concerted effort to warn people if that's about to happen.

Any future plans for them? Eventually she's going to get a fancy prosthetic leg, and then she'll be working through the long process of getting used to that and the much longer, much harder process of getting right with herself again.

Other notes: Heather was the intended mother of the God of a particularly unfriendly cult, though it might be better described as a devil or demon. She took a pill and puked it up (demon gods don't need no logical biology) and killed it when someone else brought it to life. She has a lot of strange and unpleasant memories about this time and has horrible, horrible nightmares about it on the reg. I am a-okay with any characters who have any kind of psychic inclination picking up on this stuff and am more than happy to give a cheatsheet for her weird and terrible history, which involves such treats as maybe kind of being her own mother???

Her notes are so horrifying + interesting. we have to do things with this.

As for her leg and our tentative pitch, i put in my item request and the mods requested 1) i wait a couple jumps and 2) the existing medbay offerings be explored first, which makes sense! so maybe an upgrade later, if the mods are cool with that. however i'd love to be involved in her prosthetic shenanigans til then.

Any future plans for them? Nothing solid yet. Just getting use to being in a game for a first time. Be gentle with me. It might be fun to see how reacts to a "pack". Normally he'd pack up and leave from stuff like that. Tough luck here.
