A blue box... Like a cardboard box... Or a shoe box... [ Wait for it. ] ...That is awesome.

[ Here's that curious derped up face to answer your next question, Rose. ] Ohhh, I am on the blue team! We sometimes fight the red team. But sometimes we are also their friends. We all go on lots of adventures too! Like that one time that an evil A.I. took over one of our friends and tried to kill us all. And then that other time that my best friend was actually an A.I. too, but he wasn't the mean kind. And I had to get really angry and think of mean things so I would be able to beat up a whole bunch of evil robots to save him and his kind-of-mean girlfriend... That was fun.

[ Oh, sorry. You were just joking, weren't you? He didn't get that. ]

It's more of a blue...time box.

[She's really not sure what else to call it but that, while keeping it vague and light and fun. So she just smiles and nods, as if that's the most normal thing for a girl to get the pleasure of riding around in. But then he's describing all of his adventures with evil A.I. and the red team , and robots and mean girlfriends, and -

Well.

He's been through a lot more than she would've originally given him credit for. She reaches out to touch at his arm, being careful not to be so fast that she startles him.]

Sounds like you've had enough adventure, yeah? And you're on another one right now, being here.

[That makes her stop and realize that she's on another adventure, this time without any sure way out. She looks up, and then all around the area they're in.]

There's so much out there, so much to see...I dunno what being stuck here'll be like. But it won't be so bad, will it? Another adventure. You think we'll land on a brand new planet in a whole other universe?

[ Startled is definitely not the word for it. It's not everyday that a pretty lady even comes near Caboose— Considering he's only been around a bunch of mean guys for years and the only 'lady' he's had an interest in was their robot tank's A.I. named Sheila; He hasn't really had the opportunity to be around any half-decent women who weren't mean to him.

So he's blushing like a freaking idiot now while trying so hard to keep his cool. That's failing miserably though. And honestly, he doesn't know a bit about traveling through the universe. So, naturally, his mind skips over that unknown information and jumps straight to the next related response he can think of without really thinking about it. ]

I like adventures. They are not bad at all. [ Well. ] Except for when I am being shot at with big guns... Then it is bad...

[She glances over at him and frowns. He better not be shot at all that often, or she's going to have to have some words with his teammates.]

Anyone here tries shooting at you, they won't know what hit 'em. You and me, we'll be the blue team while we're both here.

[Of course, she won't go around fighting a red team or anything, but she figures that there's no harm in making a friend on her first day and forming a team she can belong to. She holds out her hand for him to shake.]

Deal?

[ A new Blue team...? A. New. Blue... Yes. Yes, he is liking this. Consider hand shook.

...which slowly turns into hand holding. Don't mind him. ]

Yes! Deal! We can be the New Blue Team. We can do everything that the old Blue team did except for the being mean to me parts! And shooting at me parts... [ What else would you suggest, Caboose. ] We should make more things in our team. I would like that.

[It's okay, she's used to holding hands and walking around, she doesn't mind. She gives their arms a slight swing and nods to each thing on his list.]

What kinda things? I'm not exactly an architect or an artist, y'know. Everything else I think we can handle, though. No shooting at you, not ever.
