It's a spaceship, actually. Not sure about the levels yet.

[ he knows what you mean, he's just giving you a literal answer anyway. sherlock is wearing a towel around his waist and looks more like he's just been to the gym than he woke up in an unknown location in a strange pod, refreshed and unbothered.

he's got another towel, one he'd been using to dry his hair, and he tosses it helpfully at peter's head. ]

Given the number of pods, I'd assume the ship itself is quite large; there must be at least a few.

[ back to the levels. he knows it's pointless observations, and his tone is light and conversational. this is as close as he gets to small talk. and, so long as he's helpfully stating the obvious: ]

There's also the lift, obviously.

[ This guy is already a significant pain in the ass, which Peter identifies about a hot second after he begins to speak. The eye rolling starts a few seconds after that, though he's not checking out of the conversation far enough that he doesn't catch the towel when the guy chuck's it at his head.

Uh. Ew. Gross. Cue Peter throwing it right back at him.

Peter's eyebrows raise as the other guy continues onwards until finally he shuts up with the observational blatancies and Peter sighs. Jesus christ.
]

You're right, there's the lift- i'm not sure why you haven't taken it yet to go see what else you can find. Though, you did kind of forgot to mention the medical equipment and the showers. Guessing that's because they have nothing to do with being literal. Next time i'll be sure to clarify when i'm being facetious.

[ Aka he doesn't think you're funny... actually, he does. Just give him a few hours. Or minutes. ]

Besides, you don't know how much shit there could be on the other levels. I still might have time to prove myself right.

[ he catches the towel, even if his attention's wandered. which it has, and he's looking a bit disgruntled about something - because yes, the medical equipment and the showers, and this is actually really inconvenient, even if it is interesting.

well, no, it's too convenient. that's part of the problem. either way, he simply tucks the towel under an arm without a second thought. someone else might appreciate it, even if it's slightly used. rude. ]

Doubt it. I'm sure a vessel of this size and advancement has a very efficient recycling system in place. Perhaps fertilizer if they generate their own food.

[ another pause for consideration, half a second. ] Likely hydroponic.

[ meaning not soil, meaning not piles of shit laying around. suck it. ]
