Character: legolas • we're now under the collective umbrella of 'tolkien's greatest life works' or something • tofindthesun
Department: SCI -> agriculture

Personality: seelie unseelie. nice and polite for the most part, if a little ancient elvishy and obligatorily mysterious. relaxed, curious, mostly openly emotional, will cry on your shoulder and let you cry on his. 600 year old baby elf who is sometimes like an adult big brother and at other times like the obnoxious bratty little brother you've never had. also intensely protective and near-endlessly cheerfully realistically optimistic.
Type of CR: negative and positive crs! nothing particular i'm looking for at the moment. he's a warrior, an archer, a makeshift gardener, a hunter, a sun-finder, a water-splasher, a nuada-annoyer.
Any future plans for them? actually get a bad first impression of someone and slowly somehow work through it?? i don't know?? make enemies. make friends. look dumb.
Other notes: i'm currently on hiatus. legolas is likely to come back before the end of the month, depending on how things go.

I would absolutely love to bounce Buffy off of Legolas, omg, you have no idea! ^^ I think they'd be a lot of fun, Buffy's also a fighter type, and she understands dealing with an ongoing battle against evil invading the home. Also, Buffy's getting involved with Thranduil as a potential ally type, so if you're interested, maybe we could bounce them that way?

Character: mairon, sauron, annatar, that tall guy with the weird mean husband master and a pet dragon • lotr: the actual early early years • lordof
Department: morgoth's dept tbh

Personality: deceptive like no one's business. manipulative (or attempts at it) when necessary. puts on an air of humble kindness while secretly not giving a shit about much at all. more likely to be entertained and intrigued by someone than to make friends when them. can seem a little aloof or otherworldly at times-- which, well, comes with being born without a body before the universe was ever made.
Type of CR: world history lesson sharing cr!! good cr that turns sour!! actual good cr!! ..just plain bad cr!! he strives to be on as many people's good sides as possible so that he can wrestle assistance out of them or make use of them one way or another. doesn't mean he likes any of them, but, yknow. life of a dark lord. discussing matters of evil and destruction over tea.

he's also a shapeshifter! currently his forms are being limited to a four-eyed (were)wolf, a black-and-gold anaconda-like thing, and at some point some bat-like vampire thing. he doesn't change shapes too often, but it isn't impossible to run into him in another form if you'd like that scenario.

and he can read minds. or hop into your head and dig around your memories and thoughts until he's mentally shoved out.

alternatively he likes chilling out in the dark.
Any future plans for them? eventually morgoth is kicking the bucket and there is a 99% chance mairon is going out with him, one way or another.
Other notes: mostly he wanders the halls and bunks out in the abandoned sciences places with the other resident dark lord. there is only a 5% chance of spotting him near the oxygen gardens, but he does meander past engineering occasionally to say hi to a certain little wolf.

as with above i am on hiatus this month and mairon has been coma-stasis'd so he's out of commission until next jump!!
