Sure! We can play this however you want, to be honest. At this point Kate has met several MCU Clints and a lot of MCU people in general so she could either just be like 'fyi there is another you and I know almost everything about him that's cool, right? right. ok' right away or by now she could also just say nothing for a while and try to be friends without telling him, or whatever other options between those two poles.
