Yubsie's Assortment

Bill Adama
Personality: The side of Bill that most characters are going to see these days is that he's career military and is very used to improvising with really limited resources and organizing non-traditional assortments of people. He's also the king of the woobies, which you are most likely to see if you see him with Lee. He cares a lot about people to the point that he can get dangerously attached, but there's been enough crisis going on since Laura vanished that he's been putting that aside.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Securing the perimeter, seeing that food and water supplies are secure, generally working.
What have they been doing with their time? Setting up a formal watch rotation. That's been ongoing for over a month now so assuming enough players agree OOCly it's probably safe to assume there actually is a schedule in place at this point it's more a question of how thin are they stretched. Again, feel free to assume he approached your character to ask them to participate!
Current people they hang out with: Lee, ex-Gunnery people, presumably anyone who got brought in on his watch rotation since he likes to get to know the people under him.
Looking for: Military sorts for him to bond with? Oh, people willing to sit around and talk about how much they miss their spouses that I don't play (seriously my type gets ODDLY SPECIFIC :p) Also he makes a far better dad to people he's not biologically related to, sorry Lee, he learned from screwing up your childhood.
Any future plans for them? Now that my husband's medical situation is a little closer to resolved, I want to really throw him into organizing things from a "Hey I'm used to being the head of the military for what's left of humanity" perspective.
Anything else: Bill had rather been enjoying the lack of network actually :p

Wash
Personality: Wash is the sort of guy who sits on the bridge playing with toy dinosaurs. He's very friendly and chatty. Loves flying. Prefers to avoid conflict. Is very devoted to those he considers family.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: He generally sticks to camp since he adopted Newt. He's very good at carrying so he helps with construction projects as needed. Sometimes salvage.
What have they been doing with their time? He has a lot of actual salvage experience, so he's gone on one salvage mission and would definitely be willing to help out with others (obviously no more than one a month). He has a seven year old "daughter" so she takes a fair bit of time.
Current people they hang out with: Newt and Carolyn are the big ones. Guy needs more friends.
Looking for: He's great with kids as anyone who was around for the Shuttlebay Blanket Fort knows. He's generally a pretty friendly guy so if you have a stoic type that needs someone to carry the conversation Wash says hi! People who are willing to listen to him whine about missing Zoe sometimes. He also makes a great big brother for somewhat older characters who don't necessarily need his goofy dad side.
Any future plans for them? Always game for making more use of his salvage skills!
Anything else: This is probably the longest Wash has spent on the ground in YEARS. He's probably losing it a bit.
Death
Personality: Death is a little ray of sunshine. She figures it takes just as much energy to be perky as grumpy and perky's more fun. She is also the queen of non-judgemental because she's basically heard it all. She's a fantastic listener and genuinely cares about everyone.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: She's been helping out with medical since she found herself with a non-trivial portion of her magical abilities and healing seemed the most straightforward use.
What have they been doing with their time? Healing people as needed, making use of magic to help build, looking for people who look sad, the usual Death thing. Also verifying that she's not about to die of a heart attack.
Current people they hang out with: Death, Brigid Tenenbaum, Beast Boy is stuck with her, anyone who looks sad
Looking for: She's a great character for dragging characters out of their shell, people with lots of self loathing a specialty. She's always there for people who need an ear to listen.
Any future plans for them? She had an informal counselling office on the ship and once things are more stable I could see her bringing it back.
Anything else: She's happy to announce she doesn't have a defective heart in this body!
Granny Weatherwax
Personality: Granny is the epitome of no nonsense. She's very keen ond doing what is right, but that's not always what's nice. She'll take care of her people, but she still grouchers.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Medical area, wherever they're planting a garden, gathering plants in the jungle.
What have they been doing with their time? Collecting plants to find out what local ones have medicinal parties. Getting a garden going with Chell. Treating injuries as needed.
Current people they hang out with: Chell, Death, Takeshi
Looking for: Always enjoy having her meet up with other magic users.
Any future plans for them? She's helping Chell with the garden and helping on researching the local plants. Oh and she's threatened to turn anyone who makes a ruckus over the mirrors at 2 AM outside an emergency into toads.
Anything else: She won't actually turn anyone into a toad. Now, making them think she's done it on the other hand...
Bail Organa
Personality: Bail's remarkably calm in most situations. Mostly because he's come to accept that his life will never actually make sense again. He's the Alderaanian's Alderaanian. He has a deep respect for life, the arts and democracy. He likes to help other people find uses for their skills.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Usually around camp. He's working on the tech network but also pitches in with building projects when needed.
What have they been doing with their time? Main project's been getting the tech network going. Also he recently remembered that he knows that he dies when his PLANET IS DESTROYED, so he's been trying to process that.
Current people they hang out with: L, Chell, Darcy
Looking for: People who can help on the processing Alderaan thing. People who need a mentor. People who need help reaching his level of my life never making sense zen.
Any future plans for them? The network's the big project now. ONce that requires less active effort he'll probably get back to his old role of pointing people toward the right project for them.
Anything else: He seriously wants to know who blows up a planet
Gavroche Thenardier
Personality: He's pretty upbeat for someone whose canon is called Les Miserables. He's always eager to learn. He can be incredibly practical because he spent so much of his life on the edge of starvation. But he's also really idealistic and wants to change that situation. Dying has not really curbed his Gryffindor tendencies.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Basically constantly underfoot, he wants to see everything.
What have they been doing with their time? His big concern is keeping an eye on food supplies. He also helps with building, especially if something needs to be claimed.
Current people they hang out with: Carolyn, Newt, Takeshi
Looking for: He lost most of the people who were looking after him and while he would insist he doesn't need it, he definitely does. People who will tell him about technology. Basically if they're willing to teach him about ANYTHING he wants to learn it.
Any future plans for them? He'll be telling people about his canonmates who died to let them force the jump. Because people need to remember them.
Anything else: He's pretty upset about his cast getting reduced to him in such a short time
