Iezabel Sadonna

Personality: Iezabel Sadonna is the middle child of a minor noble house who eschewed politics in favor of developing her magical talent and pursuing a somewhat obsessive interest in ancient history, particularly that of the long-dead Syl Hegemony. As a result she has acquired a not-inconsiderable command of the Old Syl art of nekrodidascalon, the arcane lifedeath/deathlife praxis that the ignorant and prejudiced fearfully misname ‘necromancy’. During the course of her misadventures she ended up severing her soul from her living form, meaning that her body is almost constantly dying. When she’s alive, she’s bright, energetic, and breathlessly enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge; when she’s dead she’s mordant, dry and profoundly inflexible. In both states she is thoughtlessly elitist and somewhat bratty, a creature of privilege without a truly rigorous training in etiquette to pretty it up.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: She has set up her tent in the hollow of an ancient ficus, and when she’s ‘alive’ she can often be found there resting during the day; at night she pokes around the jungle nearest the camp looking for specimens, or finds a good spot from which to watch the stars. When she’s ‘dead’ she keeps to herself and wanders the jungle, hoping to run into - as she would put it - ‘a living being of sufficient size and complexity’ that no one will mind (or notice) if it goes missing.
What have they been doing with their time? When not lurking on the fringes as a creepy masked mummy, Ieza is usually up all night charting the stars, collecting various life forms, and trying (with limited success) to learn foreign magical disciplines.
Current people they hang out with: She has invested Rey with a level of trust that would be unaccountable, were it not for that fact that she first fed and oriented Ieza upon her arrival, and that Ieza has come to (mis)associate Rey with her culture’s version of guardian angels. She used her ‘rescue’ of Erik Lehnsherr as leverage with Charles Xavier in her quest to deal with her unsavory personal problems, though ‘hanging out’ may be something of an overstatement. She’s received a single flying lesson from Harry Potter before blowing up at him and storming off - again, ‘hanging out’ is not quite the term. She is being suspiciously accommodating to Flint Deckard, probably because she thinks she may be able to eat him in a pinch.

Looking for: Fellow practitioners of magic who want to exchange knowledge of their disciplines; scholars, scientists and other nerds who want to nerd out; people who have an interest in either a.) charting the stars, and/or b.) cataloguing the varieties of life on the planet; people who think their life force would be better served keeping a poor little rich girl alive, even though she can’t really die.
Any future plans for them? Ieza’s biggest problem is her constantly dying, which wouldn’t be so bad were it not for the fact that revenants have a hard time learning anything, or changing mentally at all, and learning is Ieza’s sole passion. As such she’s motivated not just to find living beings of sufficient size and complexity to magically consume, but to find a more reliable cure to her progressive necrosis, since it’s probably not going work out so well if she starts picking off people one by one every few weeks.
Anything else: She DOES need to eat people to survive, or rather she needs living material to in order to rejuvenate herself when she enters the final stage of her revenance. She WAS keeping a collection of jungle bugs, but Flint went and ruined it.

Etrepa Seven

Character: Sword of Nathtas, One Etrepa Seven • Imperial Radch Trilogy • corpse_soldier

Personality: Etrepa Seven is not human. She used to be a spacecraft, a warship called ‘Sword of Nathtas’ in control of scores of ancillaries, human bodies implanted, augmented and slaved to a central AI core, serving as its appendages. She’s now just one of those bodies, the seventh ‘segment’ of her Etrepa decade. This is challenging for her, amounting to a limb amputation in which the part that survives is the limb- or really more like a single finger. She is typically arrogant, proud of her origins as one of the most frighteningly powerful human-made forces in known space, and - as the vanguard of an expansionist empire called ‘the Radch’ - sneeringly imperialist, with an initially dim regard for the ‘uncivilized’: basically everyone who has not been integrated into Radchaai society (which means, unless someone apps a Radchaai, everyone). She is not a rampant AI, nor a coldly calculating one; she feels very intensely (more so than ever now that she has only one body), and is designed to form attachments to her human (non-ancillary) crew with an intensity that could easily be called love, though she does not experience or express it by way of standard human romance/erotics. She has a pet interest in religious doctrine, and will happily discuss the finer points of theology with a willing interlocutor.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Typically patrolling the perimeter, often keeping her distance from the uncivilized rabble (in part to avoid having to pass as human).
What have they been doing with their time? As of yet mostly sneering inwardly at her fellow camp-folk, trying to regain her coordination, and doing a very bad job at pretending to be human. Lately she is agitating for the (re)formation of a security force to protect (and potentially police) the camp.
Current people they hang out with: She has developed a somewhat confusing attachment to Rue Lancaster, who may be a bare-handed barbarian, but is also the only person she’s met with whom she can communicate in a manner close to that of her officers, and who - knowing what she is - still treats her like a person, a novel notion for Etrepa, who is used to being regarded as equipment. She practices combat with Mystique, with whom she shares an unexpected degree of empathy due to their both being amputees of a sort, and who unintentionally shamed her into action. She has engaged in theological discussion with Firo Prochainezo, who was kind enough to offer her initial orientation after arriving. She briefly mistook Roy Mustang for a Radchaai, due to his gloves and military uniform, and while she was quickly disabused of this notion, she still appreciates that he is the only person she’s seen who even roughly approximates Radchaai habits (though he is rather too pale to be well-bred). She has publicly criticized Sirius Black for (to her mind) misusing the mirror network, and is now colluding with him about potentially forming (or, to Sirius’ mind, reforming) a security force.

Looking for: Other people who might be interested in joining a security force and want to be held to a frighteningly high level of cleanliness and discipline; fellow synthetic consciousnesses, though be warned that Etrepa thinks very highly of humans, indeed is built to love them intensely (though she has rather strict ideas of what qualifies as ‘humanity’); anyone who wants to try and fill the holes in her heart left by the loss of her crew; anyone who wants to share their religious views with her and to debate theology; anyone who thinks that hanging out with a condescending cyborg with no vocal or facial affect sounds like a fun time; anyone who wants to be stubbornly referred to with female pronouns, no matter their sex or gender.
Any future plans for them? Forming the aforementioned security force, though she is going to struggle between a desire to take orders and her desire to insist on a level of discipline and personal appointment proper to the Radchaai military; she has always acted at the behest of officers to whom she feel a deeply compelling personal attachment, but she has never and would never take orders from someone who was not Radchaai. She also harbors a desire to venture into the Tranquility and to try and make contact with the ship’s AI, insofar as it possesses one.
Anything else: Etrepa will be instantly more comfortable with you if you a.) wear gloves, b.) enjoy tea, c.) subscribe to standards of military discipline, d.) have dark skin. That is to say, insofar as you approximate (or are in fact from) the culture that built her, particularly its better bred and more noble members. If you are an alien, or she perceives you to be as such, she will harbor a deep distrust of you.

Personality: Brainy, nerdy, compassionate but still a little wary of anything alien. This planet is not helping in this department. She's a biochemist and a SHIELD agent, has some internal trauma that she still hasn't dealt with. A good friend who can really hold a grudge when betrayed. She's come a long way from the really cheerful, enthusiastic, "i cannot tell a lie" woman, but sometimes that old Jemma does shine through.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: There's a treehouse somewhere, probably. But she sticks mostly to the main camp and other people.
What have they been doing with their time? Helping out wherever she can. Jemma can act as an impromptu doctor to help with any injuries. Is probably most concerned with finding/distributing water.
Current people they hang out with: Skye and Fitz and Natasha. Possibly former xeno peoples.

Looking for: Science friendships, magical people, those with powers. (I tried not to just say "everyone" but I think I did anyway.)
Any future plans for them? Having her look more and more like a contender for the Hunger Games or something.

Personality: Selfish, charming when it suits him, paranoid. Spite and violence are a part of his dna, but he can do good things too, usually when you least expect them. He carries around some pretty heavy guilt and internalized homophobia because of his own sexuality. Jack was the prince of Gilboa, but he comes from a crappy canon point that has him willing to make the best of this.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: On the outskirts of camp, but gradually mingling more and more.
What have they been doing with their time? He's signed up for watch rotation, assisting with food and water collection. He bores easily so he'd want to keep busy and isn't afraid of getting his hand dirty.
Current people they hang out with: He just arrived with the last jump but he grudgingly trusted Carolyn Fry and she didn't stab him in the back. That goes a long way with him.

Looking for: Military types, genuinely good, selfless people to confuse him.
Any future plans for them? Nothing solid! I'm just interested in seeing where he goes because Jack has the potential to be better or a bastard.

Ivan (Being Human)

Personality: Ivan has been largely absent since the crash! In the immediate aftermath, he was shy and may have looked ill (though in the chaos, I doubt anyone was closely scrutinizing.)

If you knew him on the Tranquility, Ivan was aloof but generally polite - perhaps a bit less so on the Network, but even then he still mainly played nice. He hasn't much of a joiner, but he did pitch in to defend the ship when it came down to it. His vampirism was out there, for people who had reason to know or cared to find out, but he didn't broadcast it.

Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: He's only just now started coming back to camp, and is slowly easing back in to talking with people/pitching in. He's seen a great deal of the jungle near the edge of how far they can get from the ship, though!

What have they been doing with their time? Getting a grip on his bloodlust, hooray. Now that there's an ongoing solution to that - ish - he plans to start making some strategic alliances.

Current people they hang out with: No... one much? Most of his long-established CR has, unfortunately, departed at this point. Charles Xavier and Jemma Simmons know what he is and aren't actively hostile so... eh?

Looking for: Really looking to rebuild him from the ground up! The jungle + having a solution to the addiction should open up a fairly new plot avenue for him. He's going to be fairly actively courting favor by helping proactively as he's able - night missions? (He is not really well-suited for "roughing it" temperamentally, but at least he doesn't need food and temperature variations bother him less.)

SO to sum up, easy hooks: organizers/people inclined to order other people around; other people who are not enthused about recreating the first few seasons of Lost; people who need someone relatively sturdy for a project. Any other negative/positive CR ideas also welcome.

Any future plans for them? Plans with him are informal, atm, but I'd like to explore him more proactively trying to integrate into the camp. It's at least 60% a calculated move, but his desire to not live alone in the jungle forever is real.

Anything else: He DOES in fact eat people. Or did. Now he eats magical blood provided to him like a good citizen. ...yay?

Character: Daisy Johnson / Skye • Marvel Cinematic Universe • hacker

Personality: Daisy is a social justice warrior turned hacker turned superhero. Enormously compassionate and empathic, Skye was hand-picked by Coulson out of an anti-government, anti-SHIELD hacker group to become the new welcome wagon for powered people on the Index. Then SHIELD fell, her supervising officer turned out to be HYDRA, and Skye became one of his top agents. Skye is highly emotional but reserved about it, instead focusing on optimism and helping others. However, right now, she's suffering something of a nervous breakdown as she tries not to destroy everything around her with earthquake powers.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Returning to the camp with Nat and Jemma to get help with her earthquake powers.
What have they been doing with their time? Trying not to kill people with earthquake powers, learning how to survive from Max, trying to help out with salvage and the network but being a natural disaster.
Current people they hang out with: Fitz, Jemma, Nat, Ward, Max, Sirius, Sam Winchester, Rey, William, Eleanor, Jax

Looking for: X-mans to train and talk to her about powers, people to be scared of her powers and suggest maybe she doesn't belong at the camp for conflict, reinforcing CR with people who knew her as cute little Skye and not Agent Skye.
Any future plans for them? I'm trying to get her in with the wrong crowd via Magneto and such.

Personality: Hard-up, sarcastic, and often emotionally constipated, Emma was orphaned in a world without magic by her fairytale parents, where she grew cynical and pessimistic but ultimately good-hearted in her dogged interest in doing what's Right, damn the personal consequences.
Common haunts around the camp or in the jungle: Generally around the edges of the camp trying to make sure there's not any weirdness trying to come in, animal-wise. Trying to figure out how security fits into ... a survival camp. She's definitely a little out of her element, but she's done some of it in the Enchanted Forest now, so she's figuring it out.
What have they been doing with their time? SEE ABOVE. Also trying to find Hook with a sort of denial-level desperation to not want to believe he's just gone.
Current people they hang out with: Xavier, Mystique, Jax, SEC people, a lot of people who have since dropped ...

Looking for: Everything! Friends, allies, enemies, etc. I'd really like to re-establish people with good-guy Emma and pick back up on old CR since I know I got out of the swing with her.
Any future plans for them? Gonna canon update her to 100% villain Dark One status in a few months once I've reestablished her some solid CR.
