Well, he just showed up one day, actually. Warned us of an attack on the Inquisition's base at the time -- Haven.
[There's a sadness to his voice as he says the name. Haven was utterly destroyed; buried in snow. So many lives lost, and all of it, Dasha's convinced, his fault.]
Unfortunately, he warned us just a few minutes before the attack started. Crucial minutes, though.
