Huh... There's a mistletoe right above you... That's weird, it's Decemb-- oh wait. December is the perfect time to get stuck under the mistletoe with someone. And look! There's a someone else stuck with you under there right now! And, of course, you both can't move until you kiss one another (Of course, not specifying where that kiss needs to happen).

Let's start off December with a little holiday cheer!

Well, it's most associated with Christmas, but I think it had roots in Norse mythology first.

But no matter how you look at it, it's some silly tradition where if two people find themselves under this certain plant, they have to kiss.

[Glancing back at Cibo, LB suddenly gets a panicked look on her face.] Eheheh... not that I'm saying we should follow it.

[He appreciates that more than he'd ever tell her, and the truth to that question is: probably. He can't figure out if this is playing at romantic, trolling, sentimental, or some combination of the three, but whatever. Before it gets too weird he tilts his head and leans in, brushes the corner of Russia's mouth with his own and gently nips the lower lip there, like if he stays right there he can taste the edge of Russia's smile.

Or maybe he just made it weird. Well. If Russia doesn't give a shit he won't either.]

[The second kiss is a bit of a surprise, but he lets it happen, closing his eyes and enjoying the softness and warmth of it. He'll never understand how Bells seems to just dive right in and do things a lot of the time-- They aren't dating or anything, are they? He has no idea, but the kissing really is nice. Very nice.]

[ Honestly, he's missed this kind of contact with someone else. Maybe he'd taken it for granted before he'd shown up, but this is almost too good. Kurt's cute, and he really does like kissing him. The spontaneity is just something he's going to have to adjust to.

Strangely bad, being an event the Consulting Criminal did not bother crafting himself. ( Nothing too exciting about a smoochie, whoopie... ) Instead being the fault of a stealthy plant more like a parasite, catching the unexpected and actually irking a few with it's placement. As for Jim, well, he sees the humor in the situation. There's small chuckle, a deep rumble that eases into her discomfort and goes out for play. It's complete with the casual tilt in her direction, not too close, but a noticeable change in distance.

[He lingers, smile widening just a bit as Netherlands moves closer, leans in and lets his teeth settle at the curve of Russia's lip. If anything he just tilts his head to the side and breathes, presses a flutter of a kiss to the bow of Netherlands' upper lip, ghosts there for a gentle moment before closing the gap once more. He's not sure what this is, what that need to touch is--whether it be some continuation of their game of chicken, some attempt at romance or sentiment; but being on this ship has thrown pretty much everything he knows when it comes to Netherlands out the window and this shouldn't be any different.

So no, he doesn't care if that might have made it weird, he just thumbs at the jut of hip in his hands and plays at some form of tenderness he's not used to.]

The only technical downside here is the fact the whole lack of control over their feet thing. Personally if she was going to get caught under the mistletoe she'd still like the option of moving. ]
