haha that is awesome! I didn't know anyone knew who he was.

[ooc: For the sake of this thread, I'll have Lestat pick out bits and pieces from his mind. Obv I'll do a permissions post if I actually get in, lol]

Then call me arrogant, I care not.

[Legolas looks back then, his blonde hair tossing back across his shoulder, slightly.]

And I'll adapt if necessary--though rarely is a place so strange that I can't find a way to make it bend to my wishes.

[It's always been one of his faults, truly. For all his gifts, adapting has not come easy--but it is like that for many of the vampires from the old world. He learned better than most (better than Armand), but even damned Louis had the way to easy into new decades, centuries, better than he had.

But never let it be said that Lestat didn't learn from his mistakes (even if he attempted to hide it, even from himself). There would be no attempts to kill himself, here, nor any desire to be human.

This place would bend to him in time. He would see to it.

But yes, he has lost track. Blue eyes light on the blonde, taking full measure.]

Well, some have to be. Certainly the urchins born in the street would consider themselves Parisan, if they survive to see their lips form words.

[He--Enjolras--is from a time long past. One that fills him with a beautiful sense of nostalgia.]
