[Now that's someone he never thought he'd see again. Elrond himself is doing a fine job of looking somewhat discombobulated while fingering the mithril circlet that had shown up in his locker. He had been in the process of finding someplace a little less... impersonal than the lockers when a ghost from the past stopped him in mid-step.

It's not often he's surprised to the point of speechlessness. It takes a moment to form words and yet the only one that will come is a single name:] Maedhros?

it's a good thing mairon sees maedhros early. no more than a passing glance, but enough that he tries to steer clear of him as best as he can. lying to galadriel and the other elf lord is easy. easier. not so much this one.

with any luck he won't be recognized wearing the crew uniform. but, given his height, he isn't counting on it. best be getting out of the medbay as quickly as possible.]
